41 Magnum Rifle
You probably won't find anything else that is custom made. With 357mag and 44mag rifles, leaving the 41mag as a wild duck. You can build a barbarian cheaper than most. Contact McGiowen or The Barrel Outlet for your 41mag needs. Savage Bolts can modify the bolt head for different base case sizes and eabco does a very good custom job on them.

Henry makes their Big Bore leveraction in 41 Magnum. Marlin made them in 1894 in 41 Magnum, but you'll pay dearly for one today.
No one ever made a bolt in 41 Magnum. Most bolts are not suitable for short rim gauges. If you absolutely need a bolt action rifle, your best bet is to find a Ruger 77/44 rifle and have a gunsmith barrel up to 41 Magnum. This can be used when the 41 Magnum is fed through the 44 Magnum magazine. Easy to check after buying the gun

No. I know Ruger made the Map bolt 77 in .357 and .44 Mag. Never heard of one in .41 Mag.

I saw the Rem 788 again with a new 41 mag barrel converted from a 44 mag.
Unfortunately, 41 did not last. From what I've read, it is ballistically superior to the 44 Magnum.

41 Magnum was meant to be a police round at a time when there were no really good pistol bullets other than SWC lead. All that remained to be done was to develop a reduced SWC factory police load for use in N Smith frame rifles.

I think there is still a market for factory 44 Magnums loaded with 240 grain SWC-HP at around 900 fps. I do this with Hornady's 240 grain SWC-HP and it will do about 95% of what the gun will ever need to do.

It's not just about diameter, it's about sectional density, ballistics, penetration, etc. In some cases the 41 is superior to the 44 mag. Of course the 44 mag will always have a bullet weight advantage, but there are many articles that show that at 240g and under the 41 ammo is the better ammo and the better bullet density.
Do I have 41 ... no. Most of the revolvers and carbines in my collection are 44 magnum. And I really don't plan on ever getting a 41. However, that doesn't mean there aren't other good ammo out there.

Here is a truly rare 41 Magnum. A friend of mine who owns a lot of 41 Mag firearms actually has four stainless steel Marlin grips. Here are three of them. They rarely come up for sale, and bring good money. Among all the other nice 41 Magnum items he owns, he has Henry's serial number 41 in their 41 Magnum.

Penetrating capacity depends on the design and weight of the bullet. All are considered heavy, as the caliber of solid cast lead bullet in any of them will go through many animals and come out the other side.
Judging by the bullet in the air, they are pretty much the same, why not go with the one that is popular and easy to find a good selection of weapons.

Add nine special 44 revolvers for fun. If you reload the 44 Magnum, it's just as easy to reload the 44 Special. Cheap and easy to shoot. They made a 41 Special. Good luck finding a gun for this.

Except for the TC I sold and the 44 specials, my collection is similar to yours. My semi-auto carbine is an original Ruger 44 carbine.
I'm not 41, never want to be. I like a caliber that includes multiple platforms for commonality and the 41 does not. But enough of my friends know about 41s to pique my interest and explore the possibilities of 41s.

I live in England and handguns were banned back in 1998. I loved my .41 Magnum and wanted to continue using that caliber. I bought an Armalon in .45 ACP and asked Peter Saroni if he would build me one in .41 Magnum. At the time, he offered them in .44 Magnum. He said if I could get him a magazine he would make a gun. I grabbed some Desert Eagle magazines and we were good to go. Unfortunately, it is not easy, apparently, .41 caliber barrels of suitable quality are not easy to find. But in the end, everything worked out.
Peter built his PC Carbines on a Lee Enfield No.4 action. They have an appropriate quality barrel (16.5 inches), an appropriate trigger, a trigger on the bolt opening, and a bolt throw reduced to match the length of the cartridge it is designed for.
